GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS
All communication should be addressed to the Principal.
Before sending the child to school, parents must ensure that the child is neatly dressed, has well-groomed nails, well-polished shoes, well-trimmed hair, and carries all necessary books and stationery as per the timetable.
Parents must inform the school if the child has any allergies, chronic disease, or any medical advice given by a qualified doctor. This information should be provided on the “Health Report” page of the almanac.
If the child is not showing progress or facing any difficulty, parents should meet the Principal on Wednesday or Saturday between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Parents are expected to cooperate with the school authorities in maintaining punctuality, regularity, and discipline, and to take an active interest in school activities, which are compulsory for overall growth.
Criticism of any teacher should strictly be avoided as it may lead the child to lose respect and affect learning.
Since the medium of instruction is English, parents are encouraged to promote basic English conversation and discussion of current affairs at home.
No pupil should be sent to school if suffering from a communicable disease.
Students must not bring valuables to school. The school is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
No toys or sports equipment should be brought to school unless specifically requested by the teacher.
Parents must promptly inform the school office about any change in address or telephone number for emergency contact purposes.
If parents notice unusual behavior or mood swings in the child, they must inform the school authorities immediately.
The school neither encourages private tuition nor allows its teachers to provide private tuition to its own students. Parents should inform the Principal if such a case comes to notice.
The school reserves the right to ask a student to leave on grounds of misbehavior, use of abusive language, disobedience of rules, irregular attendance, or any conduct that harms the moral environment of the school.
Although the school takes all precautions for student safety, in case of injury, only First Aid will be provided. Further medical expenses will be borne by the parents.
Parents must ensure proper behavior in their child so that he/she abides by the rules and regulations of the school.
In case of any dispute, only Courts having jurisdiction over Bahadurgarh (Haryana) will be entertained.
The school does not allow the use of bikes or any vehicle requiring a driving license. If a student is found riding a bike/scooty, strict action will be taken.
SCHOOL TRANSPORT
All applications regarding availing of the school bus facility or change of bus stop must be submitted to the school reception.
The bus facility is available only for the whole year. Once availed, it cannot be discontinued during the session and will be chargeable for the entire session.
The transport service is not mandatory but an additional facility provided for students.
Bus routes have been carefully planned keeping in mind the convenience of parents. The decision of the school authorities regarding routing, timing, and pick-up points will be final.
All students must be seated immediately after boarding the bus.
In case of a change in residential address during the session, no student will be allowed to change the bus route without prior permission from the school authorities. The school reserves the right to change the bus route at any time during the session.
Students are expected to obey the Bus Captain/Vice Captain appointed by the school. Indiscipline in the bus will not be tolerated and may lead to debarring the student(s) from using the bus service or discontinuation of the facility.
In the event of sudden breakdown of a bus, unwellness of the driver, shortage of fuel, weather conditions, traffic congestion, or any unavoidable incident, the school will not provide compensation.
